She explained everything... fully and made sure I understood everything before beginning. Very light handed which is great when having PMU done or any kind of "tattoo". I absolutely love Melissa and her work! It has already been a week and my lashes still look perfect, they will usually last up to 3 weeks. She is not ...only a skilled technician but a lash artist. She takes her time to place each lash, will make adjustments, or add colors or extra lashes if requested to give you something you love.
