I was a first time client, and she was almost 25 minutes late. The color is HORRENDOUS, lacks cohesion, blotches of color in some spots, and aesthetic...ally looks a mess!!! I paid $163 for a service that I am not pleased with. Worst experience ever!!!

We had a scheduled consultation that you missed. I didn’t think you were going to show up for your appointment. Why would you say you liked it before you left then turn around and leave a bad review. You should’ve said something before you left on a Groupon. If you would have came to your consultation this would haven’t happened. But you were so anxious to get your hair done on a Groupon. I took my time doing your on my day off. This really blows me you have my phone number and we could have settled this with the review. you came in with gorilla glue on your hair and wanted me to fight through that mess. Come on it looked a lot better than when you came in. This is proof that I can’t please everybody
