I was a few minutes early, but as soon as I walked in, Ethan was ready for me. It was my first haircut with him, so he asked me what I wanted, ensured... I was pleased with each step, and finished me up. He was friendly and kind, and had great customer service skills. Will definitely be back to see him. I'm picky when it comes to barbers, so when I find someone I like, I stick with them.
