I was really disappointed. I booked my appointment and it was confirmed, but when I showed up no one was there. I tried calling several times and got ...no answer. What puzzled me most is why the booking was confirmed if no one planned to show up. I even waited until 4:20pm for my 4:00 pm appointment. A quick message, call, or even answering the phone would have made a huge difference. Imagine booking a service you really need and having no other alternative that same day. 😔😡😤

Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately I was running late after work and couldn't reach out because I had no service in the area. The calls/msgs didn’t come through on the text app that I use until just a few minutes ago. It wasn’t intentional.
