My second visit with her, and honestly it feels like we’ve known each other for years because she’s so personable, welcoming, and professional. I sent... her a picture of the color I wanted, but due to a rinse I had months ago, my hair started turning pink as soon as the bleach touched it. Instead of panicking, she took her time, washed my hair multiple times, and carefully corrected the issue. She then used a no-ammonia color to help balance everything out without damaging my hair. When I say she is the truth — I mean that. Her patience, knowledge, and care for healthy hair definitely speak for themselves. Highly recommend!
