Regarding the review, it was a misunderstanding, since the appointment was specified by messages a day before and not within the request, but you as a client have disrespected my time on more than 2-3 occasions and have not warned anything that it will arrive or not, and I have been waiting without having a notice that it will not arrive where I have lost time and the money of the value of the cut without any replacement!
