While theres much untruth in this, I take it seriously &do what I can to improve. W/ limited characters, cant dispute every false statement; from consult to appt, I communicated I'd do my best to get that blonde w/ the color being 8+ months old from previous salon u left, w/ alot of damage/breakage +the self-cutting. I informed the texture was hard to extension match as curls had been damaged/very frizzy/undefined. I mentioned options that help the health, the treatment being 1. U asked to add & only charged 1/2 reg $. Thankfully it made a big diff w/ frizz&definition. We installed 100g's of hair &explained your hair couldnt hold more w/o becoming damaging. Pics where hairs wet/extensions pulled down, are not in my salon. + missing before pics. After "5 stylists" had touched your hair & I explained I can't be responsible for what happens after someone else touches. This caused hours of disrespectful txts from u w/ cursing. Your services were NOT$600. To reconcile, I offered partial refund which I sent back same way u paid, via zelle & provided screenshots of it sent to u. I try best to make sure clients have a genuinely great experience. Regardless of suggestions/advice, u insisted we proceed how it was b/c u were excited. I do take responsibility that I shouldve declined services completely but wanted to try my best for u after hearing hair history. I again sincerely apologize it wasnt a great experience & hope someone is able to achieve your hair goals for you.
