Mula is the truth, looking for the full barber experience come see this dude, there are a lot of barbers that try to get you out of the chair asap… no...t the case here, he keeps up conversations, No awkward silences lol all while making sure your cut is on point. I was a consistent customer, never had problems with his service always on time for every appointment On one Saturday, I made an appointment at 11:25... for 2:15 unfortunately, I had to cancel the because I had a death in my family I canceled my appointment two hours before my appointment at 12:15 That was not good enough I was a second or a minute late. I was charged a whole rate for service and had no communication . Three or four days later, he responded, basically saying his policy is three hours cancellation I feel that he needs to work on his communication and have a sense of making sense of his cancel appointments policies Show more
