I've gone to Lily three times. Once for mini-twists and twice for my toddler's hair. The detail of her work is amazing. I went during a work day, and ...she set up a table so I could keep working. Super professional! I have another mini-twist appointment scheduled for December. She will happily oblige if you need to change something because she REALLY believes in delivering quality work. The braids were done ...neatly and evenly, with consistent tension throughout, which is key for making the style last. Sometimes, braids can be done too tightly, causing discomfort, but Lily made sure to check in with me to ensure I was comfortable the whole time. No pulling or unnecessary tightness! The entire process was quick and efficient without compromising quality. She worked quickly but with precision, so I was able to get in and out without wasting a full day in the chair.
