I paid $410 for my fiancée to get butterfly locs. Her appointment date was Saturday, February 10th. 7 of her dreads fell out. We contacted Lily she sa...id she was available at 12:30 to fix it. But booked another appointment, she said she was available at 5:45 but was still busy. My wife’s hair was only done 8 days ago. Lily offered to retwist the dreads however, me and my fiancée saw no value seeing as the dreads can fall out so easy. So we asked for her to do jumbo box braids instead she DEMANDED WE REBOOKED FOR THIS. I already WASTED 410 on this appointment alone. Excluding all the other appointments I’ve made in the past. I will be taking my fiancée to another hair stylist in VA to get her jumbo Box braids tomorrow. If you want to deal with headache and unprofessionalism and waste your money, go ahead and book Lily.. I find it odd that you post pictures of what your hair looks like after you pulled it out and not how it was when complete (8 days ago) or when they were supposedly coming undone. In any case, I just sent you a refund. You won't be welcome or able to book with me in the future. I hope you find a stylist that works for you.
