My experience at this barbershop was disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, the barber wasn’t even there, he showed up almost 20 minutes la...te and already behind schedule. Nearly 40 minutes later after he showed up, he finally acknowledged us without any apology for the delay. The worst part came when he got into a physical altercation with his teenage son in front of everyone, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Furthermore, the haircut itself wasn’t what we expected, with visible marks left on my son's neck. If the barber needed time to cool down after the fight, he should have communicated that to us. Overall, this experience fell far short of my expectations, and I will not be returning. Show more

I saw an opening for an appointment so I booked it. The appointment was confirmed. I waited outside the office and the door was locked. I knocked on t...he door multiple times, called 3 times and texted 4 times the contact number. Nothing. I left after 30 mins of waiting there in the hallway. I had to sign a waiver saying there was a potential for my appointment to not be on time, which is fine things happen but this was very disappointing. Show more

I’m sorry you walked in with a group of people. You never said you were at the shop for a haircut. I sent you a message threw the app saying I was ready for you and no one replied. So I apologize if I didn’t know that you was coming in for services. It was lack of communication between us. Usually clients walk in and say they have a appointment with a certain barber and allow us to know that you checked in when arriving. I will take the responsibility on this one.

I’m so sorry. Somehow your booking didn’t come up and notify me before I had left the shop. I didn’t realize you had an appointment until I already left the shop. I apologize for the confusion. I just wasn’t notified by the app until I checked it when I got home a little while ago, if you want to come in tomorrow, I will give you a free service for the inconvenience. I really apologize. I honestly didn’t see the booking an appointment. I really apologize for missing your appointment. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Whatever I can do to make it up to you I will. And I have automatic confirmation on my Booksy account, so yes, the appointment was confirmed automatically but I wasn’t notified on my end.
