I understand Russian manicures/pedicures can be rough on the nails but I do not appreciate this technicians lack of attention to how they handled my s...ervices. I felt so uncomfortable I left without the ending massage. I genuinely felt like she was chucking things at & off my feet & man handled me. There was absolutely no need to be ripping things off and grabbing my toes in such awkward and unnecessarily rough ways. None of my nails look uniform & the worst part is I have some bad pain coming from one of my big toes because she chose to file too much under the nail bed while trying to file my gel at the end of the services, she put her manly strength into filing the sh*t out of my skin. Extremely unpleasant. Show more

However, I would like to point out that you did not mention any discomfort during the procedure, and I was under the impression that everything was going smoothly. I always strive to be attentive to every client, but unfortunately, I cannot address concerns or discomfort if they are not communicated. I also noticed that you declined the final step — applying the cream — which helps soften the skin and complete the treatment.
