Jay was absolutely amazing! I’ve lived in the area for 7 years and I feel like I’ve FINALLY found my braider. She let me know what she was going to do... before she did it. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure that I was ok with it before she did it. She had great conversation and that’s a lot coming from me because I’m an introvert lol. She was very fast and the braids are secure without them being too tight. But the game changer was when she lifted the head rest up on the back of the chair so I could lean back and rest my neck on it. I literally fell asleep a few times because I was so comfortable lol. This was definitely the best experience I’ve had in a shop in a very long time and I’ll definitely be back! Show more
