I saw Rachel Dukowitz at Trio Hair Suites today for a color , I had a consult with her the day before and felt good about getting my hair colored with... her, today was a disaster , I've never left hating my color as much as I did today , I told her I wanted beige blonde with a smudge root , I left with a nasty copper ring between my shadow root and blonde, a hair student could have done better then Rachel , she only offered to re tone my hair darker ??? Why would I want that ? She would not refund me half my service I'm beyond mad , there are way better colorists out there . 130 dollars for a guys short hair not including the cut is high and then on top of that you cant get the color right , that's beyond mind blowing , Rachel should have wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied , it seemed like she could careless really . Please save your generic response to my complaint and say you want me to be happy and that you will fix my hair in the first week , Rachel basically said she wouldn't fix it unless I pay another 130 , I want my money back all 160 of it . I'm gonna complain to Sola salons and ask for help to get a refund. Unacceptable!!! Funny how theres another 1 star review on here about Rachel's coloring 🤯🤯 Show more

Dustin, with our consultation I expressed that in order to correct your last stylists work that you hated that this would be a color correction. I told you multiple times that this could take a few sessions to achieve your look that you are wanting. I went over pricing as well with you and that if there was still warmth the first time that you would have to pay for another service. I’m sorry you are unhappy with the color but I did express that I couldn’t make any promises with a color correction. I hope you the best on finding another stylist that can make you happy.
