Fantastic! I feel so refreshed and pampered. My skin feels wonderful. Went with two friends; we all loved it. Not sure what happened. I make sure to respond to all txt messages. I also state on my v/m for faster response txt. I don't answer calls when providing great service to my clients. Also Groupon would refund your money if for some reason I'm booked and can't accommodate.
They marked my Groupon as redeemed even though I had no contact with them

I redeem Groupons for the benefit of the client. This also can easily be explained if the client would just call. When a Groupon gets close to expiring I redeem so they won't lose credit because other
I never redeem this. She canceled said she or family member was not feeling well. Possible COVID. I never bothered to reschedule and clearly she never... bothered either. I just choked this up as a loss. Show more

As I've stated before in my comments I always redeem a Groupon if it's getting close to expiring so the client doesn't lose the credit. Most clients will text me to see if I redeemed it I would tell them yes and we'd set their appointment up. It's still waiting for her if she wants it. I did forget to respond back to her after feeling better but I'm human and forgot.
This was my first facial. Shon was amazing. She explained each step with the facial and the benefits of the products she used. While waiting on the ma...sk to harden she gave me a hand massage. During the facial I received a scalp and neck massage. She was professional and the services were great from start to finish. I will be a returning customer. Thanks Shon for such a wonderful experience. Show more
Did an amazing job in a clean, comfortable environment

Lori, it is still available for your use and no one else!! It was getting ready to expire so I redeemed it so you would still be able to get full credit! It expires on 9/3 you waited till the last minute to even use it and I am booked. Again a simple call would have resolved this

If a Groupon gets close to expiring I redeem it so you don't lose the credit otherwise Groupon makes you pay the difference of full value after it expires. Of course it's still available for YOUR use and nobody else's. A simple call could have easily cleared up this misunderstanding rather than posting on my Groupon site. I can also refund your money it's totally up to you to.
