Maria was awesome & the absolute sweetest! I spent about 6 hours there for a Keratin treatment, the first hour or two was applying product, product sa...t for about an hour and a half, and the rest of the time she spent straightening every last hair on my head, and she did multiple passes to ensure it was stick straight. She explained everything during the whole process, was very gentle-handed, and when I had a small issue the next day, she resolved it immediately & my hair was perfect! The pic of me with the black straps is before my appointment with very frizzy crazy curls; pink shirt is after😍; and the light blue top pictures is my hair wet after the first wash, & then dry - WAY less frizz. The entire shop was so kind & made me feel right at home - I highly recommend coming to see Maria for a Keratin treatment/cut!🫶🏼. ¡María fue increíble y absolutamente la más dulce! Pasé unas 6 horas allí para un tratamiento de queratina, la primera hora o dos fue aplicar el producto, el producto se sentó durante aproximadamente una hora y media, y el resto del tiempo pasó alisando hasta el último cabello de mi cabeza, e hizo varias pasadas para asegurarse de que estuviera recto. Ella explicó todo durante todo el proceso, fue muy amable, y cuando tuve un pequeño problema al día siguiente, ¡lo resolvió de inmediato y mi cabello estaba perfecto! La foto mía con las correas negras es antes de mi cita con rizos locos muy encrespados; la camisa rosa es después😍; y las fotos de arriba azul claro son mi cabello mojado después del primer lavado, y luego seco - MUCHO menos encrespamiento. Toda la tienda fue muy amable y me hizo sentir como en casa. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente venir a ver a María para un tratamiento/corte de queratina! 🫶🏼. Show more
