I’ve been having an amazing experience at this nail salon for a long time. The staff is very friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment you... walk in. The salon is clean and relaxing, and they truly pay attention to detail. My nails always come out beautiful thanks to Sugey—exactly what I ask for! She always takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. I definitely recommend this salon.

I was treated kindly and left with a nice looking manicure. However, I don't think I would return due to the fact that my thumb cuticle was cut during... the process & I felt pain on my thumb at the salon & also upon returning home. I had to sanitize my thumb and wear a band aid (over my new manicure) for a few days to be sure I didn't get an infection. I also thought it was odd that my technician did not trim my nails or clean under them before applying polish (which I also had to do upon returning home).

My second time there. I get mani pedis for the nails but also for the experience. It's part of my self-care. First time was a 4/5. Pros: I love the a...tmosphere. Great location in Roslindale Village. Easy parking in the lot nearby. The staff are incredibly nice. I personally like when music is played. Lots of great bachata. The seats are comfortable and everything looks hygienic. My tech really went in to smooth out the dead skin on my heels, which I appreciate. The actual nails came out beautifully and neat. Nice color selection. Foot massage was very quick but good. My tech sang and was kind and joyful. Cons: my lovely technician caused quite a bit of pain on my big toe while using a cutting device. She did it twice. She did feel bad and gave my toe a squeeze when I recoiled. Still hurts a bit. I had to take off an extra star for this because that's significant for me. Also, I had been growing my nails out for a few weeks and really wanted just a minimal file for the mani. When she showed me the first nail post-file, I said, "Longer please. Just a little file." but I don't think she understood. I believe there is a language barrier. She filed them all the way down, which was frustrating. The best places I've been to will ask you what you want (filed down, round or square ,etc.) before they even start. Cash only. Would I go back: I would potentially try again but I will explore other places in the area.
