I took my son to see AL today for the first time, he did excellent job & my son was very happy with his new haircut.. he’s very skilled barber and did...n’t take long to cut his hair , his timing was perfect we didn’t have to wait at all & very reasonably priced .. I was told that Al does color for beards. My first visit he stated that he didn’t have the color silver that I wanted. He took my phone number and tol...d me that he would call me back. I didn’t hear back him that day. I went back to see if he made any progress, he said that he didn’t check and that he would follow up and took my phone and stated that he would call me back in the evening. I notice when he took my number for a second times which tell me he didn’t have it the first. Overall just common courtesy to just call potential clients and say if you can do some or not instead of washing my time. I found a new Barber who took care of me and found the silver that I need. Good barber overall but awful customer service. I’ve had 4-5 cuts with this barber so far and cuts themselves are good, but he always shows up 20-30 m...ins late for the cuts and the first cut he rushed me because the next client was waiting. Today he never even showed up and when I texted him - no response, same with the call. I’ve just lost 35 mins for no reason. Never coming back again. They will charge you almost 40$ for the cut and treat you badly. Sad. Show more
