Super nice woman. However, I got a wash:blow dry : flat iron. It was extremely dirty oily, looked horrible. Yet she still charged me which I was confu...sed about. Then I had to drive back to the salon so she could re do my hair. It took most of my day up. Show more

We do appreciate the review. From what was informed from stylist lyou received a thorough wash and blow dry and flat iron a deep conditioning treatment that you were not charged for which you booked for only a wash and blow dry and received more than what you were booked for. Upon doing your hair the stylist noticed there were some adjustments that needed to be made during initial service and the stylist informed you of the recommendation due to noticing that the porosity of your hair holds product which causes hair to be oily. you informed you had to leave and then contacted 10 minutes after leaving and wanted to return which was not a problem. You were almost 30 minutes late to your initial appointment time. The recommendation that was suggested by the stylist during initial service was done and all adjustments were made. Again we appreciate all reviews
