The app gives an address and the barber texted me in the middle of the night to tell me a different address and then when we get there we find out its... a barber school and the appointment before us kept having him fix things and the music was loud but not terrible but still not professional in any way. Thank you for the review however, non of this is accurate. I always show respect and gratitude to each and every client that books an appointment, I finished working at 11:30 yesterday, that’s when I reach out to ALL my clients not only to you around that time to confirm the appointment and address to not have any miscommunication! You walked in and out! you didn’t even say a word and if you had an issue I would have been more than happy to assist politely and lower the music, the music is what most of my clients want and I’m not going to stop them from hearing music and being rude towards anyone. The reason you canceled as stated when I reached out is that you had “A FAMILY EMERGENCY” but thanks anyways you guys stay safe!
