F!cked my hair up! Got in for my 4:45 appt and had to wait 15 minutes just for them to switch my barber and cut into my locs that have been growing ov...er two years. Terrible service. And now they’re replying saying that I went in without the intention of paying. Why would I pay when they didn’t do what I contracted them to do? Why should I pay them for messing up my hair? Booked an appointment 📅 and I came in and she started someone else hair. I wasn’t late or nothing. I spoke to the owner and she got an attitude with ...him for telling her to check her booksy app. She just gave off a bad attitude.
