Arlenis is bar none, the best eyelash technician I have ever used. She is extremely talented, professional, responsive, responsible, and understanding.... She most definitely goes above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier. I had a scheduled trip to Europe and had made an appointment with my previous technician 2.5 weeks before. At 11:00 pm the day before my scheduled trip my old lash tech texted me to cancel my appointment. Past 11:00 pm I went on Booksy looking for a new tech and found Arlenis. She was awake, at that time, she responded and I was able to get my lashes done before I left to Europe for 2 weeks. Besides her responding to me at that time and accommodating me for the next morning, she installed the best looking lashes I have ever had. Lastly, I wanted weekly appointments because before her my lashes never last 2 weeks. She said that they would last 2 weeks and they did and do. SHE IS THE BEST!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Show more

Being a man, I am very skeptical about doing my eyebrows with wax. I decided to do them near home and found “Arle Beauty Salon”, less than 2 miles fro...m home. Arlenis was very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions that I had about the facial service. I ended up convinced and tried the “facial plus” that she recommended. I love the way my skin feels and looks! I highly recommend giving her a try. Show more

The appointment did not occur, the stylist was not there when I went although the appointment was confirmed. I like the ease and convenience of using ...the App Booksy because it helps ke find places and availability but if the hours or appointments are different then it’s a risk to drive to the appointment when the esthetician or artist isn’t actually available.
