Calling your business an all natural business meaning you specify in natural hairs, but then charging extra to detangle while not using detangler is c...razy work. I stated multiple times to the stylist that she was hurting me and asked her to use a detangler or detangling cream and she said she couldn’t because there was already conditioner on my hair, nor would she add more conditioner. She was brushing from root to ends instead of ends to roots. Also charging extra because my hair is just past my shoulders feels like a micro aggression. Show more
