While I appreciate the feedback your service was “uncompleted” because you assumed I provided hair for an install that I’m already servicing at a discounted price. It does not state anywhere in my policy that I provide hair and because you decided to ask me the day before your appointment about bundles on hand that unfortunately left you unprepared. I was even willing to work with you and reschedule your appointment to allow you time to obtain hair but because I did not respond in what you consider a timely manner you are now attempting to tarnish my business.
