Walking into BSG feels like you are being transported back into history, with a sophisticated and elevated touch that left a lasting impression on me.... I was greeted with a smile and delicious cold brew from the concierge and felt right at home in this eclectic environment (they have a 1976 motorcycle on display in the middle of the barbershop, need I say more?) Their services range from barbershop to full hair restoration services - a one stop shop for all of your hair needs! I highly recommend checking them out. Show more

I reached out to BSG over a year ago about the idea of regrowing my hair out. I came in for a consultation and met an amazing staff, in which they inf...ormed me of top of the industry products that could help me avoid a hair transplant. I used their formula that is designed to keep the hair you have and grow hair that was thinning. In a year, my hair went from thinning to shining with the help of Alexia and Rodney, who also did some light blending to my scalp with camo blending. What an amazing company and they saved my head. Hands down the best experience ever! I did the scalp camo process and I couldn't be happier! I've always had a really bright white scalp and dark hair..., which made it look a lot thinner than it actually was. Not anymore! My hair looks so much thicker and fuller. Plus from the first meeting to the front desk staff , to all my sessions with my scalp expert Mike - every interaction was perfection. Super fun, kind, and always a pleasure to interact with. Barber Surgeons Guild services are unique. I have to admit that when I was looking for a solid place that could do hair pigmentation, It look me over ...six months till finally found BSG. Their excellent welcome and clarification of the process was outstanding. I was assigned to Mike Gloria to start the hair pigmentation or Scalp camouflage procedure. Mike did a fantastic work and the end results were very satisfactory. Mike also called me several times to follow up and follow through and make sure that all is well. I strongly recommend BSG. Barber Surgeons Guild offers things most won’t. They recommend things like PRP and medications to try to prevent or postpone surgery - even when you r...eally want a hair transplant. My friends have also had similar experiences here and it just feels honest to me. Like they care about people before money. They don’t offer these crazy-low unnatural hairlines either. I know that’s the trend now because of a lot of these international clinics with that aesthetic but that will not look good at 50 or older. At 43 I’m glad to try other things before committing to surgery and trust Barber Surgeons Guild for telling me what I didn’t want to hear - but needed to. Show more
So I had my FUE process done over a year ago and I wish I had just shaved my head. The scarring can’t be hidden at all and this procedure is supposed ...to have minimal scarring and even after getting SMP done I still can’t hide it. What I paid VS the results I got is saddening, some of you may see great results but for myself things did not work out and I wish I had just kept buzzing my hair, the transplant and the SMP I feel has limited my confidence more than anything. If you are thinking of getting a transplant please buzz your head and live with it for a couple months because once you get the transplant done there is no going back. Hi Jorden. I'm so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your results. To respect your privacy, I can only speak in general terms here, but I highly encourage you to come check in with us either in person or virtually to follow up so we can see what is going on and offer any solutions to help you! While we cannot guarantee any results, in the rare instances that things don't grow as much as we'd like for whatever reason, in these particular cases we are always willing to do what we can to help make further improvement at our expense. This is something we reserve the right to make the decision on, and really need to see for ourselves to objectively assess the growth. As far as scarring, FUE marks will be seen if the head is shaved down to the skin. There is just no way around that no matter where you get an FUE procedure. The good news is that if anyone wants to wear their hair that short in the back after an FUE procedure, we can make the marks disappear with our HD version of SMP called Scalp Camo. I'm not sure where you had your SMP done, but the way we do it to cover up FUE marks works quite well. In any case, Jorden, I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, and again, please come in to see us so we can help! Hope you're doing great otherwise.

Love this place! Been getting my haircut by Blake here since March. Always a good chat and great haircuts! I recently did the hair restoration with Dr.... Rome and staff a couple months ago. The experience was seamless and looking forward to the results! All the staff here takes care of their clients and I've been happy to be a repeat customer. Show more
I was invited this weekend to sample some tequila (and chocolate - bonus!) while getting a complimentary "cleanup" (defined as: "trim the sides and ba...ck, leave the top long). Well, free is free, so I said yes, and am I glad I did! Caseya worked so quickly that for a moment I was a little worried, but then I realized that it was simply confidence and experience at play. And, rules be damned, she trimmed the top, too. Still, I was out of there in maybe fifteen minutes. I don't know if a "cleanup" is something they even offer (it's not listed at their website), so I can't exactly recommend this service per se, but I can certainly recommend the ambiance, vibe, beverages, and overall quality of BSG.
