Hello Deb, this is Nick, i have tried to reach you but it didn’t go through. I was the one that did for your nails,sorry for your experience, and yes, you showed me the pictures on internet, I have tried to looked and picked out the color that closest to the picture and you were ok, not just you, for my clients before I started the job i always asked. 2nd, your nails are big and the nails kinda long, so i have to build it up and make them strong so they dont break. If you want them thinner, yes just come in and I will make them thinner, and fixed it for you. 3rd, for the fullset service we do not included massage lotion but we tried to clean up and moisturize them with oil cuticle, and Im always do. I think we just miss understood some where, and if you need it to be fixed just give us a call and Im happy to help you with. Thank you, and sorry for that.
