I wasn't thrilled with the recent cuts I'd gotten at othe...r shops, and José took the time to listen and understand what kind of cut would give me the look I wanted. Dude never showed up for appointment, ignored my calls, and then gave the lame excuse half an hour past my appointment time of it being a bad night pr...ior to my appointment and having to “go to the ER” at the very moment of explaining why he wasn’t there. Would have been nice to know that the same night instead of being ghosted at my appointment time. Wouldn’t recommend just for the unprofessionalism you’re likely to experience. Show more
