Sorry to hear your feelings were hurt but I think multiple (8+) no shows and not being able to wait 10 minutes for me to start making demands is not tolerated. As well as cursing in front of clients and the child sitting in my chair wasn't professional and very disrespectful. I do apologize and wish you the best.
