I booked online and received a discounted price of 38.25. Upon arrival I was asked about what service I required. I informed the gentleman that I had ...an appointment for a manicure. I was asked to enter my details on an iPad. I was asked to choose my color and then directed to a female assistant. The lady was friendly and greeted me and asked what color I wanted. I told her that I chose red. She proceeded with her set up and then asked me if I wanted a different color. I did not clearly understand her and told her so, then she showed me a picture on her phone. I asked if it was the same price and she said yes. I noticed the picture she showed me was French manicure and I asked again twice if it was the same price and she said yes again. She told me it was called French tips. When she was filing my nails she did not give me the shape I wanted even after telling her twice. After she said she was done and stepped away to fetch water, I took the nail file and started correcting it. Upon her return she took the nail file and did my nails according to my requirements. When trimming the cuticles she went too deep a few times and hurt me. After completing she filed my nails with a very rough nail file and left my nails with a rough finish and uneven. When I went to pay for my treatment, I was assisted by the gentleman and was told that I needed to pay 55$. I questioned the charge and he said that it’s 10$ extra for French manicure. I asked him why isn’t it 38$ I told him that I made a booking online and that wasn’t the price. He asked for my name and confirmed my booking. I told him that the lady told me it was the same price. He pointed to a photocopy of a price list on the left hand side of the counter and said that’s the price. Something that I wasn’t shown before nor had I seen as I made the booking online on this app. He said that maybe the lady didn’t hear me. I said I asked the lady three times. He then told me it will be 39$. I asked why the price was different as it was 38.25 online. He said that they round it off and it will be 39$ . I produced my card for payment only to discover that I was charged 49$. I had to ask for a receipt and upon checking it I noticed the 49$ charge. I questioned it and he said that the price I booked online and 10$ extra. I told him that it wasn’t good practice nor good customer service . I felt cheated and I wouldn’t have know had I not asked for a receipt. No apology was made nor accountability for the misinformation by the assistant. I also do not understand why they quote a different price online and then make you pay extra by telling you that they round it off to the nearest dollar. As the math rule goes it should have been 38 and not 39 if that was true. I was cheated of 10.75/11$. I will definitely not be going to this place again due to their dishonesty, lack of integrity and poor customer service!! BE AWARE OF CHEATING Show more

I have been to this salon 3 times for dip on my natural nails. The first time was a walk in and they did amazing! The 2nd time I had an appointment w...ith any technician. I wasn’t entirely thrilled with them but they looked okay. Even though on the website it said it was discounted for booking online they charged full price. This third appointment I specifically made an appointment so that I would not get the same lady as last time. Someone other than the person I booked the appointment with started my nails and he did great removing what was on there and shaping them and then they moved me to the lady, I did not want. The massage chair was amazing. One of the best I've been in and I get a lot of pedicures. The volcano pedicure wasn't very good. I'm not sure who my t...ech was, she wore a mask. She was very nice, but I wonder if she was a beginner. Massage was very light, callouses were still on my feet the next day, polish left on the skin of my big toe and didn't cover the whole toenail. The hot stones barely touched my skin and were super fast. I was gifted a pedi from someone who LOVES this place. I hope this was a one-off. Show more

Let me first start by saying that I have gone here many times and this is the first time that I have not been happy. My nails turned out nicely and I ...am not complaining about that. What I am unhappy about is first I made an appointment ahead of time and requested a specific person to do my nails. Then when I got there they gave me someone else. Okay, no big deal, but, I spoke to three people and explained what I needed and what I wanted. I was told by all of them numerous times that “yes they could do it.”However, they were not doing what I asked, I stopped them and explained once more what I wanted. They assured me they understood and would be able to do what I needed. This continued until I finally just gave up and let them do what they wanted. While my nails did turn out nicely it is nothing that I wanted or asked for. It makes me sad because honestly I will probably never go back here because of this. Show more
