Giving Luis a 3 star not to be petty, however I know he will improve on the upcoming customers. Got my appointment confirmed, got there early, but Lui...s kept doing previous customers’ hair past my appointment time. After waiting 15 minutes, I left he texted saying he have not accepted my appointment, but here I am reviewing the not happened haircut. Anyways, I encourage customers to book him but this is just a teachable moment to communicate well with the customers for Luis Show more
