The atmosphere in the salon was so peaceful! I walked in to a smiling face and warm greeting from Susie. She listened to what I wanted done and brough...t it to life! I've not had my hair cut in a long time. Trimmed, yes, but not cut. I was ready for a change, and Susie did it! Got me back to my short, curly bob and I love it! Seeing her face light up with mine made my day! It's wonderful when your stylist celebrates with you! She's the ONLY person I'll let touch my hair! Show more

Ended up in Susie’s chair by chance, but am so happy it happened. Susie really took the time to listen to what I wanted, provided me with realistic ex...pectations, and she executed our plan perfectly. I love Susie. She trimmed my hair and I know that my curls are not that easy to deal with but she did it well. My hair feels good because of the produ...cts she used and my curls look better and are more manageable and fuller. She was also kind easy to talk to. The other stylist there are nice as well and do good. Everyone that i saw walking out looked fabulous. Im definitely coming back. Show more

I do not have enough good things to say about this salon. First, let me talk about Raz. I was referred to her because I had terrible back pain when I ...first moved to Lakeland. She was concerned and caring. After a few sessions, I was able to stand and ambulate much better. I have been going to her now for over a year and a half. She has helped and continues to help with my back issues. I highly recommend her services and sing her praises from the rooftops. I also started seeing Susie for my haircuts. She listens to what you want and does a really good job. All in all this is a fun, kind and caring place that makes you feel like family. Show more
I came in about a month ago and got a cut and style from Susie and it was fantastic. Laid perfectly every time and able to get the same look at home. ...Went back in last week for highlights and they were phenomenal. I moved from Scottsdale and thought I would have to pay hundreds and hundreds like I did there and her highlights were better than I’ve ever had! And more reasonable😊 Highly recommend! Show more
