Hello, this is Denae. Thank you for inquiring me as your locticion I am located in North Minneapolis at The Take Down.. Here is my Rules and Policy as of January 1st, 2024!! Please come with cash; as the remaining balance will be due in cash ONLY‼️ There’s a $20 MANDATORY DEPOSIT to secure your appointment from NO SHOWS/ CANCELLATION FEE. Yes the deposit will go towards your total & The deposit needs to be sent 24 Hrs BEFORE TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. Deposit ARE NONREFUNDABLE UNLESS I CANCEL, && TRANSFERABLE ONE TIME after booking. Anything after that WILL REQUIRE ANOTHER $20 deposit to book. This is to prevent no show appointments. Grace Period : 15 Min Grace period - After that $25 late fee will be added to your service 20 min - Appointment is CANCELLED, & deposit will be forefited. Deposit will NOT be refunded. The $25 late fee will convert to a $25 rebooking fee that MUST be paid prior to booking another appointment. NO SHOW/ LATE CANCELLATION: If you NO SHOW NO CALL LESS THEN 24hrs in advance of your appointment YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY 100% of the cost of the MISSED appointment before you’re allowed to book again.
