I love MK Nails. The owner, Mylei, is so warm and welcoming, and Jeannie is like my personal therapist. They do their best even being a new salon to g...et me in even when they are short staffed. Very experienced. They do an amazing job on my nails and are happy to customize. I've been to other salons where im just a number, but here is a more personal experience, like family. Show more

I really wanted to like this salon since they are new and the location is great for me. However, I have not had great experiences. They seem a bit d...isorganized and it's at some points awkward in the salon with staff. My last straw was I made an appointment on the app, as directed by the owner to do. I came in for my appointment a little early. No one greeted me. I noticed the person I made my appointment with was not working. After sitting down and waiting for about 10 mins (I was early), someone finally came up to tell me they were too busy to take anyone. I explained that I had an appointment and was early, so no problem, I could wait for my appointment time. They then told me that the person I made the appointment me was not working and they would not be able to honor my appointment time. I had planned my whole day around this appointment. I will not be returning. I will say that Jeanie is amazing. I never had a negative experience with her. Show more

Hi Kim, My name is Myle. I am the owner of this establishment, I humbly apologize for our confusion and disorganization. We have been understaffed and I am trying to organize our online booking systems, so we can help our clients better ... I am still learning the process... Saturday March 2nd after 3pm. I did not see any appointments with me on my column and had to go out of town on business. Before I left, I forgot to block my appointment column. Your Appointment came through at 6:01pm on Saturday night, and I was already in South Bent and did not know. My new staff apologized a few times and asked to reschedule and we know it is our fault for your inconvenience and we would like to compensate you and give you a service free of charge. Monday 11:36 Am I saw you made an appointment 12:15pm with Jeannie, I was so glad that I would have a chance to speak to you then I saw you canceled. Tuesday you give us 2 start review.
