I was looking for a new braider because my previous stylist had become too expensive for braids. I found Sunu on Booksy, loved the pricing, and decide...d to book an appointment for Boho braids. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, my experience was excellent. Everyone in the shop was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Before they even started on my hair, we took the time to discuss the exact Boho style and length I wanted. I showed them a photo for inspiration, and the ending results were better than the pic I showed them. One thing I especially appreciated was the owner's recommendation for the Boho hair color blend. It wasn't a color combination I would have chosen myself, but it turned out absolutely beautiful! I'm so glad I trusted their expertise. The entire service took about six hours, and toward the end, two braiders worked together to finish my hair. At no point did I feel like they were rushing to get me out the door. Instead, they focused on quality, precision, and making sure every braid was done with care and pride. That level of craftsmanship really stood out to me. The atmosphere in the shop was another highlight. It was relaxed and welcoming. BTW. the stylist chair was soooo comfortable, which made the 6 hours sit peaceful. I also thought it was a nice touch that they have a barber in the shop, It's only been a couple of days, and I've already received so many compliments on my hair. I absolutely love it! I've even recommended Sunu to my mom and to my best friend's two daughters, and they've already booked their appointments. Thank you, Sunu, for your professionalism, exceptional quality, reasonable pricing, and outstanding customer service. You've definitely gained a loyal customer, and I'll be back in 6–7 weeks for my next set of braids. God bless and see you soon!
