Though my appt started late, and I was a bit frustrated because the person before me was late and Taylor decided to extend their session into my time,... I quickly established a rapport with her. She is patient and wants complete satisfaction (hence, making sure the person before me was content), and she is skilled in her craft. She listened to my concerns and wishes, and recommended a style change that was subtle but great for me. She has a calm energy and it’s a lovely salon. It was hard for me to branch out into a higher price range (than I had been paying) for a wash/cut/blow dry, but I feel she is worth it. I will be going back, and I’m super excited it's a 10 min walk from home!
