I was traveling through Billings and decided to book an appointment with Ciera. She was easy to talk to and really knows her stuff! I wasn’t quite sur...e what to do with my hair, so she recommended a layered bob that was a little longer in the front. It turned out so cute! I also like the highlights she put in my hair. I’ve gotten so many compliments. The only downside is that I don’t live in Billings, so I can’t make her my regular stylist. However, I will be sure to book an appointment with her every time I visit. I highly recommend Ciera Figueiredo for any hair styling needs! Show more
