I dont like that my brothers appointment was at 12:15 and she didn't call him in until 12:30. Then I had a few questions about the payment and she mad...e him feel uncomfortable the whole time because of it. She started asking for the payment when she still had half of his head left to do. She did not make sure he liked the style or if we had any questions before she wanted me to send her the payment. It seemed like she cared more about her money than the service.
