First look I was very excited to visit the lounge it has amazing reviews, and rated one of the top barbershops. Now I came to the shop visiting in tow...n from down south and when you first walk in vibe is awesome barbers are welcoming, and the all-around ambience is great fast-forward to my barber. I think my problem with the service was that he was able to let me walk out of the barbershop looking the way I did. And as a professional person and not speaking in a barber sense, but just in professionalism if I was a master of my craft, and my client came in looking for a service given referenced photos in what he was particularly looking for and to not get that can bea little disappointing other than that all the rest of the barbers in the shop were great vibes. I’m sorry you did not feel satisfied with your haircut. You asked for a mid fade and that is what I did. After I finished half of your hair you then changed your mind and you said you actually wanted a high fade and I recut your hair for you without any additional costs. I’m sorry you did not like your haircut and did not say anything to me about it while I was working on your hair or I would have made any further changes you wanted.
