I was very disappointed after leaving the salon. I first had gotten a pedicure, and they did a good job, other than slicing my toe and leaving a huge ...cut on it. I understand everyone is human and makes mistakes, so it didn’t bother me much. After my pedicure I went to go get a full set and that’s when things started to go downhill. I showed the girl doing my nails a reference picture and they didn’t not turn out anything like what I showed her. My nails are chunky and uneven. I got a chrome nails and I’m not sure how a lot of things pertaining to nails work but I was putting my hand in the blue light and it kept turning off, so naturally I was trying to put it back in so it would work. I politely mentioned that it kept turning off and she then looked at me and said “Don’t you know you’re not supposed to put in it more than twice?” and then proceeded to keep telling me only two times. I was still very polite and tried to be understanding but after seeing how my nails looked at the end, I was very unhappy. There were cuts all along my fingers and my nails are in pain. Show more
