She push my edge up back and left hair on my neck and behind my ear she’s not professional at all. clippers are bad quality I’m a barber I know what a... cut supposed to look like. She made it look clean by covering it up with enhancements. I don’t recommend her at all attitude is rude and needs to humble herself.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I was surprised to hear your concerns, as you initially expressed satisfaction with both the service and the final result. While I don’t say this to shift any responsibility, I believe it’s fair to acknowledge that the appointment had a few challenges—frequent phone use and the need for repeated redirection made it difficult to maintain the precision that we both as "Barbers" know quality work requires. As with all my clients, I presented the finished haircut prior to offering any optional enhancements. These are never mandatory and are offered only if the client is interested. It also appears there may have been an attempt to touch up or alter the cut afterward, which could understandably affect how the original work is perceived now. Regarding the tools used, I maintain professional-grade equipment with multiple backups and, in your case, used the exact clippers you personally recommended—so equipment quality was not a factor. I’d also like to emphasize that I’ve never received similar feedback from other clients. I consistently aim to provide a professional, respectful, and positive experience. Our interaction felt friendly and upbeat, which is why the remarks about attitude and professionalism were unexpected.
