My clients were aware and notified through my social media that my phone was broken & I was waiting on the arrival of my replacement device in the mail, therefore I was unable to update my booking. Luckily it came today & I was able to log into the Booksy app. Unfortunately you did not receive a service today and I apologize again for the inconvenience.
