20mins before my appointment it was cancelled after I drove over an hour to her location. She offered to reschedule which was fine but wasn’t willing ...to accommodate me and take anything off my final balance for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Show more

I literally explained to you why I had to cancel your appointment. Why would you say you say you understand if you was gonna decide to leave me a 1 star review. You texted me to send your refund and I did just that. If I would have took you, you would have enjoyed the experience. This a dishonest review!

Jumbo Knotless Plaits

Appointment started 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Although the stylist was apologetic she never asked if that was ok or if it would work for me ...she just told me. Jumbo plaits are bigger than what was advertised on instagram. Braids are thin seems more braiding hair needed to be used. Story post stated that jumbo plaits were $100 for the month of February but that price was not honored. Show more
