Made an appointment for 830 waiting texted said he was running late would be there in 20 mins after waiting until 910 we couldn’t wait any longer. No ...one was at the shop and no one ever showed up. Not a great way to start a new place. I understand we booked last minute but it was confirmed right away. Show more

I do apologize that your experience wasn’t the best for the first time, we do open at 9am we just got Booksy set up so we are still figuring out bookings. I did offer to reschedule and offered the haircut completely free for the inconvince. Hope you will give us a second chance to make it right and check out all the awesome things we have to offer.
