This has been my best experience with a Loctician ever! It was my first time here and I was treated like royalty. I love how K genuinely wants to conn...ect with her clientele and make them feel comfortable. It just didn’t feel like a quick retwist and go, rather a spa treatment and quality service. I use to wonder why certain Locticians charge so much. With K I understand her pricing, after this experience I can truly say it was worth every penny! Not only you get a unique 1 on 1 experience, you receive good hospitality and service! If you are on the fence, you should definitely give it a try I’ve been on the fence since late 2023/early 2024. I can say with certainty you won’t regret it! Show more

Never again, ruined my daughter’s bday simple hair style. Booked my daughters 13th birthday appointment for 2pm, arrived at 2:03 & called stylist no a...nswer, so texted no reply, entered the assumed location and attempted to locate her in salon suites, upon search asked other stylist if they knew stylist, one did and gave personal number, I called - no answer, received text apprx 2:20 that stylist caught in traffic( mind you I drove from Irvine to Lakewood In Traffic), stated be there soon, so ok I said ok I’ll wait(since I drove so far), Then I continued to receive same message every 20 minutes, but by 3pm (an hour after appointment) I got frustrated left the salon @ 3:25 to figure out my daughter 13 th bday hair. Received text ”I’m pulling up”as I was headed to freeway home. Show more

There seems to be some miscommunication that had between the main technician and her assistant. I wasn’t able to get the service I originally came for... because of it and ended up just getting a regular re-twist. Granted, the assistant did a phenomenal job with the sectioning and some repair, but instead of putting me under the dryer after the retwist she used a heavy amount of mousse which has made my hair overly sticky and I fear it may cause buildup down the line. All in all I would say it was a somewhat less than satisfactory service, but I think there’s potential for better here. Show more
