The amount of care into their craft is immaculate, and whenever I've asked for anything spe...cific, they always confirm with me to make sure I want it, and give their input on if it will look good for my ever receding hairline! This guy was great in the beginning, then he didn't really listen to what we wanted for our boy. He has also canceled multiple times day of. We had an... appointment today 02/7/23 @6pm, my husband left work to be there and he just canceled 5 minutes ago. Probably the 10th time he's done this. That is completely unprofessional. I definitely don't recommend. Show more

Hello Isavel. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Being a barber has its perks, meaning I get to create a schedule that still helps me manage my health. As we know health problems come up, and are usually unpredictable. I understand the frustration behind cancellations. I take pride in the service I provide, and promise to always do my best work. In this most recent instance, my medical problems caused some vision issues. I decided to reschedule clients because I wouldn’t be able to do my best work. I did cancel as soon as I was able to. As for the haircuts, it has never been brought to my attention that your husband or son was unhappy. I’m glad you let me know. I am always willing to fix anyone’s service if it’s not up to their standard, I just have to be informed. I appreciate your business and hope I can make it up to you. Thanks again.
