New to town first time customer, I booked same day & was asked over text to cancel 2pm and rescheduled for 515pm same day. Figured it was alright sin...ce I saw haircuts at the location being done at 7pm the night before and were taking photos/videos of their haircut. Arrived early, waited 20 minutes, ghosted on text after asking about locked doors at same location as yesterday. Was looking forward to future haircuts after seeing their portfolio. Show more
