FEED-IN BRAIDS (7-10)

Arrived for my 2:30pm appointment at 2:20 pm. Was greeted by another stylist. I told her I was waiting on Kim. There was a lady getting her hair done ...at the time by the stylist that greeted me. The lady in the chair face was 😮😮😮 when I told her who I was waiting on. So I went and sat down and waiting. Kim came and acknowledged me and said she needed to grab a bite to eat this was around 3:00 pm. So I patiently waited playing a game on my phone. I finally got up round 3:20pm and asked Kim " how much longer do I need to wait' Kim advised me that she was working on another clients head. So I ask her what's the point of an appointment?. Kim them took a DEEP BREATH and said " I'm not a robot either I can wait till she's finished or she can give me back my deposit". She did reissue me back my deposit. What she should have done was come to me and say " I do apologize the client I'm working has taking longer than expected" would you like to wait or I could refund you. And once again I do apologize for any inconvenience... I was warned by 2 people she did them this way. But I had already booked. And I think she did offer to reschedule I was upset at the moment I don't remember. But I do remember tell her I was going out of town. So this is my FAIR WARNING.... BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. If she gonna treat people this way she should just do WALK INS... My receipts are below my arrival and the deposit return. Thank God I found someone more professional to braid my hair and at a $35 less fee for the same thing. But with her professional attitude I'm positive she won't care. Good morning today is 11/19/25 what you're not going to do is lie on me. I am a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 4 with one being autistic...Since I can't reply to your response. What you said about me and my attitude are all lies. Keep in mind cause you forgot to mention you was not working on her hair when I walked in. That young lady was walking around your shop for a good 30 mins. All she had on was a cap at the time. When she passed in front of me and I saw a wig on her head that's what prompted me to get up cause the wall where I was sitting was blocking my sight. All you told me was you was going to grab a bite to eat NOT finish up on a client " SPEAK THE TRUTH" AND YES the young lady was back and fourth with her child. That still don't excuse the fact that you could've let me know that you was running behind. And those that know me knows I never carry a bad attitude. I service the pubic as well. You are just trying to clean up what really happened 🤏🏾. If I was late or didn't show my deposit was lost. You offered me back my deposit cause you knew you were at fault. Now keep it REAL on what happened. Cause like I said before the lady who's head you were working on. Told you I could get in the chair. Make it make sense I'm far from rude.... Telling a person you're not a robot is not PROFESSIONAL... at the end of the day regardless of what.. You know what I said was EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED.. In your case you do cause you need to show the professional side. And I stand on this message and my 1st one of what really happened. In your salon... Annnnnd you did not refund my deposit cause I was RUDE. When I approached you about waiting you immediately offered my deposit back or I could wait. Girl stop with the LIES... And FYI your salon NOT MY 1ST I know I may have to wait to get in the seat.... And I agree with you... You WAS NOT the stylist for me 💯🤏🏾💯🤏🏾. HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND A BLESSED ONE 💯 Show more

I started to write a long response, but there is no need. Anyone who knows me or has read my reviews understands my professionalism and the heart I put into every service. Your review does not reflect the truth of how I operate. In any salon, you may not get in the chair the exact minute you walk in because life happens. The client before you needed to check on her autistic child, who was receiving services from the stylist next to me. She stepped away a few times, causing a small delay, but nothing unreasonable. I will never make a mother feel uncomfortable for caring for her child. Although you spoke to me directly, the way you addressed the situation made her feel uncomfortable and responsible for the delay. That is something I will never allow in my business. Your tone was rude and aggressive, and it disrupted the peaceful environment I work hard to maintain. I am a professional, but I am also human. I do not rush through anyone’s service, but I always make sure clients are not waiting excessively and are cared for properly. Because of your behavior, I refunded you immediately. All money is not good money, and I will always protect the peace of my business. As you walked out, two women you passed filled your spot. Their services were completed smoothly before my next appointment, reminding me that when one door closes, God opens a better one. Not every client is for every stylist. Respect is nonnegotiable, and anyone who knows my work knows my integrity and my heart.
