I’m sorry for the wait but after you made several previous appointments that you either last minute canceled or no show to your appointment because we removed our 24hrs booking deposit to help others loyal clients.When you didn’t show up to 2:00pm appointment until 2:45pm, We excepted that you weren’t showing up again. We thought you understood when that was explained about the previous booking. We was still willing to service you and explain that you were next but you wasn’t willing to wait. If you’re aren’t able to make your appointment we just ask to give us a call, text or email so we can service others. Thank you for your feedback

I take pride in my work and my goal is to always ensure the customer leaves satisfied. I understand your frustrations regarding the start time however, with the nature of the services I provide along with other factors (clients arriving late/needing additional services v. what was actually booked) my start times may vary. Moving forward, I will be enforcing my late policy to avoid major delays like the one you experienced. Here at Hair Eye Am, we try our best to be as transparent as possible when it comes to pricing which is one of the many reasons we stress the importance of consultations (especially for our new clients). Loc maintenance starts at $60.00 however, add-on services such as: loc reconstruction/reattachment, detox and styling play a major factor when determining the final amount due.
