Robert seemed like a decent barber, but he never used scissors. My haircut is a simple #2 all around with rounded edges in the back, and he texted me ...that “You have a very difficult haircut that honestly does not compliment your head shape BUT I try to achieve your desired goal as best as possible”. He then does my beard without asking me and charges me $5 extra for it after I told him that I didn’t ask him and handle my own beard. He still charged me and seemed to forget about this in our last exchange. When I forgot to ask him to trim my eyebrows, he said he was busy and didn’t spend 15 seconds trimming them while I was standing next to him. When I shared my concerns, he texted me and gaslit me into thinking that I didn’t ask him for a beard trim. I never asked him, nor do I need help shaving. I came for a haircut and got an absent-minded barber that is forgetful and emotional. I have texts of our last exchange for context. Show more
