Poor communication, did not even cancel appointment. I had to call and find out while driving to appointment that they were out of town. Stated they m...essaged me but I did not receive a message. And as a professional you should cancel appointment if there is no response. Will never schedule an appointment again they will probably just ghost me again anyways.
